We collect the information you provide when enrolling, including your name, email address, school (if applicable), and payment details (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your full card details ourselves). If you complete worksheets or participate in live calls, you may share personal reflections about your own wellbeing and workload.

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

- Deliver the Program, including module access and live call links

- Process payment and issue tax invoices

- Send you programme-related emails, including weekly module updates

- Improve the Program based on aggregated, de-identified feedback

We do not sell or trade your personal information.

Data Incident Notification

In the unlikely event of a security breach or other incident that compromises the personal information we hold about you, we will notify affected participants without undue delay and in any case within the timeframes required by applicable law. Notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account, or by other direct means where appropriate. Where required by law, we will also notify the relevant supervisory authority.

3. Live call recordings

Recordings of the teaching segment of live calls are stored securely and made available only to enrolled participants of that group, for the duration of their 12-month access period, after which they are deleted. Recordings are not used for marketing or shared outside the enrolled group without your specific, separate consent.

4. Overseas storage of personal information

Some of your personal information is stored and processed overseas:

Stripe (personal information and payments) and GoHighLevel (program delivery, recording, information storage and scheduling) — both store data on servers located in the United States.

Google Meet and Google Calendar (live sessions and scheduling) — provided by Google, whose services operate across a global network of data centers, which may include the United States and other countries.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected even when it's held overseas. By enrolling, you consent to this.

5. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including restricting access to enrolled participants only and using reputable third-party platforms with their own security standards.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting SMART4schools at [email protected]. If you ask us to delete your information before your 12-month access period ends, we will confirm with you first, since this will also remove your access to the Program.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
