OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAM

Most teacher wellbeing programs tell you to just 'practice self-care.'

SMART4teachers - actually shows you what to do.

SMART4teachers is our signature program that gives educators, support staff, and school leaders the practical strategies to help manage the stress and emotional load— designed to help before burnout forces them out.

Who are you here for?

You're a teacher, education support staff member or school leader deciding for yourself.

You're deciding on behalf of staff. See staff seats, whole-staff cohorts, and how this sits alongside your duty of care for psychosocial hazards.

ABOUT FIONA

I'm Fi Mackenzie, a teacher, leader, and Education Wellbeing Consultant.

I've spent 35 years in education, as a teacher, school leader, mentor and coach, before founding SMART4teachers. I built the program after watching capable, caring colleagues quietly run themselves into the ground, with no practical, professional pathway back. It is grounded in what I have lived through in classrooms myself, in my leadership, and in current research, not adapted from a generic corporate wellness course.

SMART4teachers gives teachers and school staff a clear, practical way to recognise stress before it builds, respond to it in the middle of a real teaching day, and carry the work differently over the long term. Whether you're a teacher looking for support, or a school leader wanting to build wellbeing into your staff culture, I work directly with you to make that support genuinely usable, not just another thing to add to your list.
